Return Policy

Auto Club Cellular1 LLC, doing business as Affinity Cellular®, wants you to be completely comfortable with your purchase. Every phone purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, described below.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your phone for your money back within 30 days of purchase, provided your total usage stays under all three of these limits:

• 30 minutes of talk time (incoming and outgoing combined)
• 30 text messages (sent and received combined)
• 30 MB of data

The guarantee ends as soon as you pass any one of those limits, or 30 days after purchase — whichever comes first.

2. What is refunded

If your return meets the conditions above, your refund includes:

The activation fee;
The cost of your handset; and
The prorated cost of your service plan.

3. What is not refunded

The cost of any additional services purchased on your account is not refundable.

4. How to start a return

Call customer support at (833) 679-1090 or email help@affinitycellular.com within your 30-day window. Our team will confirm your eligibility and walk you through returning your phone for your refund.

Support hours (CT): Monday–Friday 8am–10pm · Saturday 8am–8pm · Sunday 10am–7pm.

5. Defective devices

If your phone isn’t working properly, contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no charge within 45 days of purchase. You must return the original device within 21 days of receiving the replacement, or you will be charged for the replacement. Exchange requests made after 45 days may incur a $10.99 shipping fee, and additional charges may apply if the original device shows damage upon inspection. Call (833) 679-1090 to start an exchange.

6. Non-compliant returns

If a returned device does not meet the conditions of this guarantee — for example, usage exceeds the limits described above, or the device is returned damaged — your return may be denied, or a return merchandise authorization (RMA) fee may apply.
